Service Description

This service is designed to allow our customer to schedule a screen during a convenient time. All screens except mobile drug screens will have to be scheduled during normal 10-3 business hours.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations made less than 24 hours prior to the appointments will be assessed a $15 cancellation fee.
